Common defects of glass bottles and ways to avoid them

Glass bottle common defects and avoid methods, glass bottle thickness is uneven. When it comes to the uneven thickness of the glass bottle, it actually refers to the uneven distribution of glass on the glass bottle, which is caused by a phenomenon caused by the temperature at the time of production, and the part with higher temperature is easy to blow thin when blowing, resulting in the relatively thin glass bottle and the part with lower temperature is easy to blow thick when blowing. This will cause the phenomenon of uneven thickness of glass bottles. Therefore, the temperature should be strictly controlled at the time of production, so that the thickness of the glass bottle can be evenly ensured at the time of production.

The glass bottle is deformed. In the production of glass bottles, sometimes we will find that the glass bottle deformation phenomenon, this is due to the high temperature at the time of production, the glass bottle has not been fully formed when the mold is released, after placing it will lead to the glass bottle sleeping phenomenon, the glass bottle will appear deformation phenomenon, and the transport belt will be printed with marks, making the bottom of the glass bottle uneven. When producing glass bottles, the temperature should be strictly controlled to ensure that the glass bottles will not be deformed.

Cold spot phenomenon in glass bottles. Some glass bottles will have some uneven patches on the surface after production, which is what we call the cold spot phenomenon. The reason for this defect is that the temperature of the mold is too cold, or this situation will occur when the production starts or is stopped. When glass bottle manufacturers produce glass bottles, we should control the temperature, so as to ensure that there will be no cold spots.
