Glass bottle production process and discriminating method
First, the glass bottle production process mainly includes:
1. Raw material pre-processing. The massive raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) are crushed, the wet raw materials are dried, and the iron-containing raw materials are treated with iron removal to ensure the quality of the glass.
2. Preparation of compound materials.
3. Melting system. The glass compound is heated at high temperature (1550~1600 degrees) in the pool kiln or pool furnace to form a uniform, bubble-free liquid glass that meets the molding requirements.
4. Forming. The liquid glass is put into the mold to make the glass products of the required shape, such as plates, various utensils, etc.
5. Heat treatment. By annealing, quenching and other processes, cleaning or generating the stress inside the glass, phase separation or crystallization, and changing the structural state of the glass.
Second, how to distinguish the quality of glass bottles
1.Listen to the sound. The sound you hear when you hit the craft glass bottle by hand is different, the tone of the crystal material is higher, there will be a feeling of lingering sound around the beam, and the tone of the glass products is lower and there is no echo.
2.Look at the weight of the vessel. The same volume of vessels, the crystal material is heavier than the glass material, the glass is lighter.
3.Look at the refraction. In the same light, the refraction rate of crystal products is higher than that of glass, which can transmit rainbow light, glass products are not colorful light. Quality standard for glass bottles. The quality of the product can be analyzed and judged from the product quality standard of the manufacturer.
4. Hardness. The hardness of crystal is greater than that of glass, so when using crystal to scratch the surface of glass, a trace will be left, and when using glass to scratch crystal, there is no such trace.
